All rentals require a $300 deposit. The customer pays for the gas upon return of the rental.
Jon Boat: $199 (4 hours) or $399 (8 hours)
Pontoon Boat: $350 (4 hours) or $495 (8 hours)
Jet Ski $125 per hour
*All reservations will be charged the DEPOSIT at time reservation is made
*Reservations cancelled 48 HOURS PRIOR to reservation time will receive a full refund of deposit.
** NO REFUND for reservations cancelled 48 hours or less to reservation time.
Rentals
Golf cart: Starting at $65 per day (24 hours) 2 night min. Oct.30th-March 1st 3 Night min. March 1st-October 30th and all holidays.
MOBO Trike: $5 per hour or $25 per day (24 hours)
Day beds: $55 (10AM-5PM)
Kayak/Paddleboard:
$25 first hour or $10 each additional hour

Information & Conditions
1. Snow Birds are able to rent between November 1st thru April 30th. Reservation must start November 1st or February at the beginning for a 3-month stay. There are no in-between months’ start dates allowed. We have monthly sites available. If you have any questions, please give our team a call.
2. All Full Hookup sites have an oversized 20′ x 65′ concrete pad.
3. Partial Hookup sites have a 20′ x 50′ concrete pad
4. All Premium Full Hookup sites have an oversized 33′ x 65′ concrete pad with a covered pavilion.
5. Electricity: Meters are read on the scheduled arrival date, last day of each month, and departure date. Payments for electricity are due and processed on the first day of each month and departure date. Guests that prefer to pay electric by card, pay an advance deposit in the amount of $100.00 at registration to set up autopay. Guest’s that prefer to pay by check, pay an advance deposit in the amount of $175.00 at registration, deposit will be refunded at end of stay. Requests for preferred sites are noted, but not guaranteed.
